The assistant
An allowance that renews by itself, shown as a bar while you work. When it is used up, wait for it to renew or move up a plan.
Instant Render
Counted in credits. A render or a 4K upscale is 1 credit; a 5-second HD video is 16. Your plan’s credits renew every month.

Questions about price
Can I use Prontto for free?
Yes. The whole planner is free and needs no card: design, quote, draw and present. Free includes 10 exports a month, the assistant with its allowance, and 10 Instant Render credits a month.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is for one person: premium catalogue items, unlimited exports and 5 times the AI of Free. Business is for a brand or a showroom: your own catalogue in Prontto, a team workspace with roles, shared favourites and 10 times the AI.
How is Business priced?
$79 a month for the first user and $25 for each additional user, billed annually, or $99 and $30 billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 users. The team shares one AI allowance and one pool of render credits: 10 times the AI of Free and 100 credits a month for the first user, and 5 times more and 50 credits more for each additional user. A team of three shares 20 times the AI and 200 credits a month.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Pro, Business and the AI Pass can be paid monthly or annually; annual costs up to 21% less. The AI Pass is billed the way your plan is.
How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with 7 days free and Business with 15, time to bring your catalogue in. We ask for a card at the start and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
How does AI work across plans?
Every plan includes the assistant and Instant Render. The assistant has an allowance that renews by itself; Instant Render is counted in credits that renew every month. Pro has 5 times the AI of Free, Business 10 times and Enterprise 20 times.
What if I use it all up?
For the assistant, wait for the allowance to renew or move up a plan; the AI Pass is the largest. For renders you can also add a pack of credits.
What counts as a user?
One sign-in. A user is signed in on one device at a time, so a team of three needs three licences.
What does it cost to put my catalogue in Prontto?
$0.50 per item, paid when you start, from 20 items ($10), on Business. Upload all your products at once: Prontto models each one in 3D and emails you when they’re ready to review and publish. Start with the pieces you sell most.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. Prontto runs in the cloud and opens in the browser of a computer or a phone.
